Gershon arrived in the U.S. on 5/10/1909 on the S.S. Berlin sailing from Bremen on 5/1/1909. The passenger record (see line 13) showed his wife as Stirel Telzak, who was still in Russia.  Gershon, age 50, was shown as going to visit his daughter Leibe Telzak, who was in Philadelphia with a Mrs. Diamond at 329 Lombard St.  Gershon's last residence and birthplace were shown as Girtagola (which would be properly be Vandziogala).
